| 1.How to become a member? |
| If you wish to put an ad live on CY-Sales.com, you will need to be a registered member, or become one by registering.
Once registered, placing an ad online is simple and quick. By clicking on the 'Place your ad” link, located to the left of this page and in the link menus throughout the site, you will open the Place an ad page. |
| 2.What is the cost per AD? |
| You don’t need to be a member to view the prices. Press “Place your ad”, select the “category” you are interested in, select the subcategory you wish to view the price of, press “submit” and all the prices will appear with a description for each one. |
| 3.How to Place an ad? |
| Once registered, placing an ad online is simple and quick. By clicking on the 'Add new ad” link, located in your account details, select the “category” you are interested in, select the subcategory you wish to place an ad, press “submit” and all the prices will appear with a description for each one. Select the type of package that you are interested in and press “submit”. Press “Online payment / proceed” and fill in your credit card details. Once this is done a page will open up that will allow you to fill in all the details for the ad you wish to place. After finishing press “Submit”. |
| 4.How to edit / delete your existing ad? |
| Log in with your username and password. You will see the listing of all your ads. Press “View ad” and this will open the specific ad you have chosen. At the bottom of the page you have a selection of Edit or Delete. After making the changes you wish press “Submit” to upload the new changes. |
| 5.How to change your personal details? |
| Log in with your username and password. You will see your personal detail on the top of the page. Press “Edit” and then change any personal details you wish. Press “Submit” to upload changes. |
| 6.Personal details confidentiality? |
| Al your personal details are not shared by anybody apart from within the system of CY-Sales.com |
| 7.How do I know when my ad expires? |
| The ads are on the basis of One month, Six months and One year according to the package that you have chosen. Reminder e-mails will be sent to you by CY-Sales.com to remind you that your ad(s) are due to expire. |
| 8.Is online payment secure? |
| Every precaution has been taken both by us and the online payment company to ensure that all online payments have maximum security. |
| 9.Refunds? |
| CY-Sales.com is a fully automated program and it does not have the ability of any kind of refund. If a fault is created within the software then CY-Sales.com will adjust your payment. |
| 10.Different types of ads? |
1. HTML pages: this provides you with the ability to have your own web site with in CY-Sales.com site. Each HTML page has unlimited length. However we urge you to keep each page at the reasonable file size as most of the visitors are connected with a dial up connection. This means that if your HTML page takes long to upload you will not have many people visiting it. With HTML you can upload any kind of documents (word, excel, PDF, etc.) you wish, which will be automatically converted in to HTML by our system. Please remember to save the uploaded documents in to your on computer just in case you need to amend and upload again.
2. Individual ads: this provides you with the ability to fill in your personal details, full description of the product you wish to sell, upload photos, etc. You also have the ability at any specific time to log in and change your text, photos, contact details, replace the whole ad or even delete it. |
